At JUNI, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the JUNI garment tags remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
